But there’s one addition that’ll thrill the young – or young at heart.

The property features an indoor slide snaking down to the kitchen area from a child’s bedroom.

The addition has stirred up plenty of interest online – with Facebook users calling it “home goals”.

Agents for the house in Alyth, near Dundee in Scotland, said little ones will always be at the dinner table on time.

“From one of the children’s bedroom you access a twirling slide which leads out into the breakfast area next to the kitchen on the ground floor,” McEwan Fraser Legal say.

“Any child will love this unique feature and will never be late for a meal again.”

One property hunter joked: “I don’t know where Alyth is, but we need to live there, in THIS house.”

Another said: “If I had a house like this I’d be so happy.”

And others say they’d move north of the border for the chance to buy, asking partners: “Fancy moving to Scotland?”

The whopping property has a granny annex option, as well as two double bedrooms used for holiday lets.

It sits in almost an acre of land – and covers 483 square metres.

And the Scots property isn’t the only one on the market with a secret for the new buyer.

A Cornish cottage priced at £800,000 may look standard from the street – but the back garden opens directly onto the sea, with just a small terrace dividing the property from the surf.

The master bedroom also features a balcony looking directly out over the view.

House-hunters in Staffordshire were taken aback by a £400,000 “time-warp” home.

The retro three-bed – which has been left untouched for decades – has been transporting potential buyers back to the 1970s with its old-fashioned décor.

Meanwhile, a £600,000 three-bed family home in Cheshire hides an amazing secret rooftop terrace carpeted with astroturf.
