The most popular homes for sale online this year have been revealed, and there is a massive variation in prices.
The asking prices range from £25,000 for a two-bedroom terrace in Liverpool to more than £36.5million for a six bedroom London townhouse.
While the Liverpool property was being sold at auction – where properties tend to end up selling for more than their original ‘guide price’ – overall, the list contained more affordable homes.
The list included two family homes, each with three bedrooms and both priced at £255,000 – along with a fully refurbished house with an asking price of £130,000.

Top of the most viewed properties on Zoopla in 2023 was a two-bedroom flat in East London that had a guide price of £350,000.
It is within walking distance of Leyton underground station and features a balcony with views of Leyton Orient football ground.
A second two-bedroom flat in London is included in the top ten most viewed properties for sale in 2023.
This time it is in North London and had a guide price of £275,000, along with planning permission to convert the loft and flat into two separate one-bedroom flats.
The property had been used to grow cannabis and needed updating.
North London estate agent Jeremy Leaf, said: ‘Curiosity value is high when it comes to viewing properties online.
‘This is almost certainly the case with the Leyton Orient flat; either that or the team has more potential supporters than one might think. Indeed, if the team becomes more successful on the pitch, the price of those flats will rocket.
‘The two-bed terrace in Liverpool is an example of how people search by price and want to see what they can get for a relatively low amount.
‘You can’t get much for £25,000 these days. Potential buyers need to ask themselves – is it worth it, even at this price, or are you buying a whole load of problems?
‘If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. The third one property in London is another example of a relatively cheap property but it may be because it has a short lease – these things are worth looking into.
‘The higher priced properties attract interest due to curiosity value.’
And Daniel Copley, of Zoopla, said: ‘With seven of the ten most viewed properties of 2023 being affordable family homes or doer-uppers, it appears that this year there may have been a shift away from the “property porn” viewing habits of many people on property websites.
