Xerox Holdings said it would reduce its workforce by 15% and shake up its leadership team as it reorganizes its operating model.

The printer maker said Wednesday that it had formed a global business-services unit as it aims to stabilize its core print business. Xerox also plans to increase its focus on its emerging information-technology and digital-services unit.
