Ant Anstead Shared New Photos Of Son Hudson After Christina Hall Said She Wouldn’t Show The Toddler On Social Media
On October 13, Ant Anstead published an Instagram post with multiple images of Hudson, the boy he and his ex-wife, HGTV star Christina Hall, have together. Anstead noted in the caption of the seven images of the three-year-old with his grandfather that, following the pandemic lockdowns, his parents were finally permitted to pay a visit to him in the United States.
The Wheeler Dealer star’s post was published shortly after Hall announced on Instagram on October 2 that she will stop including Hudson in her television programs and online posts. After Anstead accused Hall of abusing their son in court records filed in September, she made the statement.
The HGTV personality captioned a selfie without a smile, “I am psychologically drained from the recent baseless claims against me.” “Hudson’s father has tried to use deceit and manipulation to turn my family, friends, and supporters against me. This has had a significant impact on my family and me. Because of this, I have decided to stop featuring Hudson on Instagram, my television programs, or any other social media platforms until he is old enough to decide for himself.
The Christina on the Coast star was charged with endangering their child and putting him at risk for harm in court documents filed by an English TV personality in April. He asked for emergency custody, but was turned down after Hall filed documents disputing his assertions.
Christina Hall Fans Slammed Ant Anstead For Sharing Photos Of His Son After The Custody Battle
Fans of Christina Hall swamped the comments section when Ant Anstead shared pictures of his son Hudson, criticizing the English TV host. Anstead fought back against some of the assaults.
One fan commented, “Kinda funny how you can post pics though???” “I adore him, but that’s not right,” you say. “How come you can share pictures of Hudson but Christina can’t,” asked another fan. So I think Christine [sic] can publish images of Hudson and her family, one admirer speculated. I can see why you don’t want him to be on her show, but she should be able to share images of him anytime she wants, just like you and everyone else do with their children’s images on Instagram.
She absolutely can, Anstead retorted.

Some Fans Defended The English TV Presenter
Fans of Ant Anstead defended him in the comments, and the Wheeler Dealers actor addressed several of them as well.
“For all of the individuals who have commented/are going to say that it is hypocritical for Ant to post pictures of Hudson but Christina can’t: He has never prohibited her from sharing images of their son on social media. He asked her not to use their son in any sponsored commercials. Posting sweet family photos online and utilizing your child’s identity and image for profit are very different things.
