The same report by New York shows Marcelin and Leyden knew each other, but the period of their relationship isn’t precise. On the other hand, Marcelin was captured on tape riding a motorized scooter and sitting on a human leg.
A human leg was found blocks from Susan’s torso a few days later and hasn’t been definitively connected to the same victim, but police sources with facts of the case did converge the appendage to Leyden.

Furthermore, The NYPD shared a video Friday that shows the motorized scooter, the leg under it. The investigation is still ongoing, and Marcelin is being represented by Legal Aid.
On the other hand, Harvey refused to talk with the police after her arrest.
