A Training or Learning Coordinator is responsible for training a company’s workforce to meet the firm’s annual training plan and budget.

Their main roles are identifying training needs, preparing training materials and conducting training programmes.

What will I be expected to do?

The role is varied and one where you’ll learn and grow yourself.

As well as creating relevant in-house training programmes, you’ll need to identify knowledge gaps and areas in need of improvement, research and recommend new training techniques to HR plus order training supplies and materials to deliver your programmes.
