WETHERSPOON has unveiled details of its Christmas menu for 2020 – but there’s no turkey roast.
Instead, options that punters can tuck into include a brie and bacon burger, which is topped with pigs in blankets and comes with a side of chips.
The pub chain will also be serving up a chicken and stuffing burger, mushroom risotto, plus a brie and smoky chilli jam pizza.
But customers will notice there’s no turkey this year, meaning you won’t be able to order a traditional Christmas roast with all the trimmings.
Wetherspoon stopped doing roasts in 2016, as exclusively revealed by The Sun, in order to focus on its “large” all-day menu.
However, it did serve a turkey dinner with winter vegetables and mashed potato as part of its Christmas 2019 offering.

Its festive burgers will start from £7.65 with a soft drink, or £9.15 with an alcoholic tipple.
A risotto, meanwhile, will cost £6.35 with a soft drink, or £7.85 for an alcoholic beverage, while 11-inch pizzas start from £7.49 with a soft drink, or £8.99 with something boozy.
You can see a full list of everything on the Christmas 2020 menu in the box above – although prices do vary depending on your location.
The festive menu will be available in all of Wetherspoon’s 900 UK pubs from November 12 to December 24.

Speaking to The Sun earlier this week, a Wetherspoon person refused to deny that roast dinners may make a comeback in the future.
The spokesman said: “Never say never, but not this year.”
If you plan on watching your weight over the festive holidays, the buttermilk chicken burger packs the most calories at 1,611, while the risotto has 470 calories.
In the UK, men are recommended to consume no more than 2,500 calories. For women, it’s 2,000 calories.
Last year, Wetherspoon served up Baileys bread and butter pudding as part of its Christmas menu.
Many prices at ‘Spoons have already been slashed by up to 28% following a VAT holiday announced by the Chancellor Rishi Sunak in July.
But it’s not all been good news for Wetherspoon, as the pub chain announced it was cutting 450 jobs from six airport boozers.
