The family are even throwing in their plush 2015 Range Rover Sport 7 seater with full dealership service.

While a Kawasaki Ninja 636 superbike is also up for grabs and can be parked on a driveway big enough for two cars.

Claire Reynolds, 35, and partner Ben Binks, 36, have been living in their detached four-bedroom home in Ossett, West Yorkshire, for two years.

But now they are putting their gorgeous home up for raffle – and it could all be yours for the price of a £2 ticket.

And the family are getting rid of the home in the very same way they bagged the property in 2020.

The family-of-six are desperate to move to sunny Spain where the warmer climate will ease the strain on their four-year-old son’s gruelling battle with brittle bones.

The £2 ticket gives the buyer the chance to win a freshly decorated new build home with all the mod cons.

A light and airy spacious lounge sits at the front of the bargain property.

While an open plan kitchen and diner is found at the rear – stuffed with all the appliances you need and French doors lead onto the garden.

High-quality fixtures and fittings and spacious rooms are set over three floors.

The lucky winner will even be able to control the lighting in the house via an app.

The first floor boasts three good sized bedrooms all decorated in natural tones and a modern three piece family bathroom.

While a stunning master suite covers the entire second floor with windows set into the roof letting plenty of light in.

The master bedroom comes with fitted mirrored wardrobes and a luxury en-suite shower room.

To top it off – a large back garden offers plenty of space to enjoy the fresh Yorkshire air.

Claire told YorkshireLive: “We’ve sorted all the estate agent and legal fees and things like that so all anybody has to do is buy a ticket.

“This could make our dreams come true of starting a new life.”

The couple – whose kids are aged 17, 14, 4 and four months – won the modern home after the previous occupants jetted off to Australia.

Claire estimates the pair have already flogged 1,100 tickets for the raffle, which is capped at a whopping 300,000 tickets.
