A WOMAN who bought a house without viewing it first has revealed the property didn’t even have a floor.

Property investor Jaclyn Robinson took to social media to share the state of her new house.

In a TikTok post, the mum explained how she bought a house without ever seeing it beforehand.

She filmed her visit to the property when she was shocked to discover the nightmare conditions inside.

On the clip, Jaclyn said: “When you buy a house without viewing it first.”

Footage showed what it seems to be a living room filled with rubbish and litter all over the floor.

The thin wall paper appears to be peeling off and covered in dirt and mud.

When she opened on of the rooms she was met with huge bin bags filled with clothes and debris.

She jokingly said: “We got more than what we bargained for.”

In another clip the woman filmed an uninviting corridor covered with brown filth and dirt.

But the real surprise came when she stepped foot onto nothing – as the house literally had no floors.

Like taken form a horror film scene, Jaclyn recorded a room with a huge hole that went down to the grown.

The flooring appeared to be completely destroyed

The shocking video showed the flooring completely destroyed with broken wood panels spread everywhere.

Ms Robinson slammed: “Floors are over rated, right?”

The real estate mum then showed snaps of the incredible make over of the interior of the house in progress.

In a before and after reveal, Jaclyn said the house was fitted with new flooring and the space was cleared from all the rubbish.

She then said: “On this one is going to be amazing.”

It comes as another woman, whose husband bought a hell-hole house without asking her first, said she’s now thrilled about it.

US couple Steven and Ashley spent seven years transforming a cheap but hideously mouldy and crumbling former fire station into a stunning mansion.

Elsewhere, a photographer built a beautiful house for under $50,000.

People told her she wouldn’t be able to turn a shipping container into a home, but she proved them wrong.

Dr. Tomayia Colvin (@tomayia) found an alternative way to live because the bank wouldn’t give her a loan, she said.

Meanwhile, a lifestyle influencer shared how much it cost her to turn her van into a tiny home.

She showed off the versatile space, including her dining seats with a dual purpose for her cat.

She spent $40,000 on her 2020 Ford Transit but saved a bit of money by doing the build herself.
