Luxury watch sales are soaring as buyers queue up for Rolexes, Patek Philippes and Omegas.
Watches of Switzerland said demand is still outpacing supply, with waiting lists for some of more than three years.
Lesser-know brands are booming too – with Henley on Thames-based Bremont seeing ‘excellent’ sales.

Watches of Switzerland sales jumped 17 per cent to £407million in the three months to January 29 and boss Brian Duffy said he is confident that will continue for Britain’s biggest luxury watch retailer.
He said: ‘There has been a more positive view from the Bank of England, and others, about how the second half of this year may be, which we share.
‘We are hearing things are stabilising and are going to get better, and that is what we are assuming as well.’
It expects sales for the year to April of £1.5billion, with profit as high as £175million.
But the shares fell 11 per cent, or 111p, to 895p, almost wiping out its gains so far this year.
