A THREE-BEDROOM London house has gone on the market for just £200,000 – but the new owner has their work cut out for them.

The property in Love lane, South Norwood has caught the attention of house hunters after the price guide showed that it sat more than £100,000 below the market’s average.

Potential buyers slated the property on social media, after it was put on the market with photos advertising rooms piled high with rubbish.

And even a grade-II listed home in Kent with stunning sea views and convenient commuter links up for sale was hiding a messy secret.
