A THREE-bedroom house has gone on the market for £80,000 – but new owners need to be prepared for the inside.

The property in the gorgeous coastal town of Llandudno, Wales could be yours for the bargain price, if you can overlook the current state inside.

Currently expected to sell for just £80,000, the unassuming three-bedroom property is in need of some major TLC- as each room hides a rather filthy secret.

Photos on the listing show incredibly run-down interiors, with piles of rubbish strewn all over the place.

The dreary rooms may need some modernising to get the most out of this family home.

Cans of Stella Artois still sit on the bedside cabinet which, if you’re lucky, could end up coming with the auctioned property.

The house listing has been shared on social media – with many pointing out the dire condition of the home.

However, estate agent Allsop has reassured potential buyers that the house will be cleared of all rubbish and unwanted items when the sale of the site is completed.

With a large overgrown rear garden, the property is situated on the northwest side of Maesdu Road.

It comes complete with three bedrooms, one bathroom, two reception rooms and a very cluttered kitchen.

Pictures of the inside show stacks of paper piled up in one corner of the room, a dirty unmade bed and a mould-ridden toilet along with rubbish and bags strewn over the rear overgrown garden floor.

Whoever takes on the property will need some serious elbow grease – and a strong stomach.

Allsop auctions say the property will be open for viewing every Monday and Wednesday before the auction.

But they strongly encourage that all viewers wear a face mask and gloves when viewing the property.

The three-bed at the end of a lovely street overlooks the large Llandudno Rugby Field and stands only minutes away from the A470.
