A DISGUSTING house has gone on the market for £750,000 – despite tape on the toilet saying “DO NOT USE”.
The mews terrace in Hammersmith, West London, also has boarded up windows, holes in its walls and broken floors.
But the centrally located three-bed pad is set to be snapped up by a buyer eager to secure the pricey doer-upper.
Winkworth estate agents, who are selling to property described it as: “In need of total renovation.”
The house has three bedrooms, a shared bathroom, an open-plan reception and kitchen area and a garage.
Its neighbours are tidily kept, and the pad sticks out with its broken windows and boarded up garage door.
The upstairs bathroom has been totally destroyed, with “do not use” tape across the toilet and sink.
All avocado-green appliances are streaked with filth and the carpets are caked in dirt.

Downstairs, the kitchen is gutted, with only a microwave, boiler, stove and red cupboards remaining.
In the adjoining reception area there is a large hole in the wall, with the stairs stripped back to the timber.
Two of the bedrooms appear to have part of a tree growing in them, while the third has a gaping hole in the floor.
The house has a small west-facing garden, reached through wide doors in the kitchen.
The Winkworth listing says: “The property currently comprises reception room/kitchen and garage on the ground floor, with the first floor offering three bedrooms and bathroom.
“There is also the advantage of a private rear garden.
“There is scope to further extend, subject to the usual necessary consents, with other houses on the street having added an additional storey.
“Ideally located for a range of amenities which include a number of local independent shops, delis, pubs and restaurants. A range of transport links are close to hand.”
Close to Hammersmith and Goldhawk Road tube lines, the house is just 18 minutes from the centre of London and surrounded by shops, and places to grab a bite to eat or something to drink.
Director of Winkworth Ben Hunt added: “This is a fantastic area for those looking for what can truly be described as a ‘village’ atmosphere just moments from Central London.
“The area offers a number of fabulous pubs and restaurants, as well as stunning riverside walks and also easy access out of London.
“There is a real mix of people, young professionals, couples and families, with a real community feel.”
