Summer is generally a quieter time for tech deals, but I’ve noticed a few bargain TVs online lately.

My favourite has to be the 43% on this budget-friendly 4K television from Hisense’s A7100 line – now just £227, it’s a bit of a steal.

For anybody who’s look for an affordable TV but all the typical features you’d expect, it’s well worth taking a look at this offer.

There are price drops on TVs all of budgets to be found – head to my cheap 4K TV deals article for pricier options on QLED and OLED sets from LG, Sony and Samsung.

But I know lots of people out there are feeling the pinch right now (myself included), and blowing many hundreds or even thousands of pounds on a television simply isn’t an option.

The Hisense A7100 line might not have the bells and whistles of higher-end TVs but it still ticks all the necessary boxes of televisions in the year 2022.

4K picture quality. Of course. Netflix and Amazon Prime streaming? No problem: there’s a built in streaming platform so you needn’t worry about having to stick a Fire TV stick into one side of this telly.

Alexa? Absolutely, you can operate Amazon’s hard-working voice assistant by hitting the mic button on the remote, and you can link the A7100 to other smart devices around your home.

The 43-inch size is perfect for modest-sized viewing spaces – if you’re not sure if it will work for your living room, head to tech expert Danni Scott’s what size TV should I buy explainer.

Amazon haven’t specified the end date to this offer, but I follow TV prices pretty close on the huge retail site and they can change at the drop of a hat.

The next major period in which we’ll see TV prices plummet will be Black Friday – and that’s not until November.

So if you’re keen to give your telly-watching an upgrade this summer, now’s the time to strike.
