The supermarket launched the same deal in September which lasted until October, but it wasn’t around forever.

Now the offer is back from today, but you have to act quick – it will end on Tuesday, December 14.

Both tubs are £4 each – which means you’ll be saving yourself a pound with the deal.

You get 50g more in Quality Street tubs, so if you’re looking for value for money, you might want to get yourself two of these tubs.

However, be warned that the advertising weight reportedly includes the wrappers the sweets are in – which got shoppers raging on social media.

Not all customers will be able to bag their chocs for less.

You can only get the offer if you’re a Tesco Clubcard member.

This is the supermarket’s loyalty scheme where you can collect vouchers when you shop with the supermarket which can then be used to pay for food, clothes and fuel at Tesco in store or online.

You get one point for every £1 spent – or one point for every £2 on fuel – and 150 points is equivalent to a £1.50 voucher.

Tesco isn’t the only shop to have rolled out discounts on Christmas chocolate in the run up to the big day.

Asda has slashed the price of a number of big tins of chocolate – you can get 900g of Quality Street for £5 instead of £7, and 800g tins of Cadbury Roses for £6 instead of £8.

Wilko also has an offer where shoppers can get tubs of Quality Street or pouches of Cadbury chocolate for £7.

Before you splash out, make sure you compare prices online.

You might find the same or similar item you are looking for is less elsewhere.
