TESCO has slashed the price of Easter eggs to just 75p each for Clubcard members.
The offer comes two months before Easter, but it could be good for shoppers who want to stock up before the big day.
If you plan on doing this, make sure the eggs have a good use by date.
The reduced chocolate includes KitKat, Rolo, Aero and Smarties.
In terms of size, all the eggs are described by Tesco as “medium” and range between 119g and 129g each.
If you’re tempted, the reduced choc is part of Tesco’s latest “Weekly Little Helps” deals.
Which Easter eggs has Tesco reduced?
TESCO has reduced the following Easter eggs to just 75p each as part of its latest “Weekly Little Helps”.
Non-Clubcard members will pay £1 for each egg.
- Aero Bubbles Milk Chocolate Easter Egg (121g) – 75p for Clubcard members, £1 for non-members
- KitKat Chunky Milk Chocolate Easter Egg (129g) – 75p for Clubcard members, £1 for non-members
- Rolo Milk Chocolate Easter Egg (128g) – 75p for Clubcard members, £1 for non-members
- Smarties Milk Chocolate Easter Egg (119g) – 75p for Clubcard members, £1 for non-members
But as with all “Weekly Little Helps” deals, it does mean only Clubcard members benefit from the lower price.
Clubcard members will pay 75p for each egg, while other shoppers will pay £1. This means Clubcard holders pay 25p less per egg.
If you don’t have a Clubcard, it is free to sign up for one on the Tesco website, so you can still take advantage of this offer without spending anything extra.
It’s unclear if £1 is the regular price of these eggs, or whether the “Weekly Little Helps” deal includes some sort of discount for non-Clubcard members.
We’ve asked Tesco for clarification and we’ll update this article when we know more.
When we checked rival supermarkets, eggs these size were selling for either 99p or £1 each.
The Sun is also checking if the eggs are available both online and in store, but “Weekly Little Helps” are usually sold in shops too.
It’s likely they’ll go back to full price next week, but again, we’ve asked Tesco to confirm the end date for the reductions.
It isn’t unusual for Tesco to start reducing its Easter eggs so early.
The supermarket sold also sold Easter chocolate for 75p in February last year for both regular shoppers and Clubcard members.

But Marks and Spencer has been mocked over its aubergine-shaped Easter egg that looks like a rude emoji.
