The Senior Offenders Review Council stated that the priority is now supervision to foster his reintegration and the protection of the public. He was named as DL due to his age, under 18.

In 2005, the jury members sentenced him to 22 years in jail. For more than 17 years, the community got protected from him because he spent his entire life in jail surrounded by other criminals and killers.
After release, DL must submit to authorities everyday notifications of his movements since authorities will monitor him electronically. Further, he should report the metal treatment by a forensic phycologist with other strict conditions.
