Studio entered administration but was rescued from collapse last week

Frasers Group, the company owned by Sports Direct millionaire Mike Ashley, bought Studio last week.

The move prevented the retailer from going bust and allowed it to resume trading, after it stopped taking orders while it searched for a new owner.

The retailer has launched a huge sale since it was bought, with up to 60% off gifts and 50% off clothing and home and garden items.

But customers are still waiting for their orders, with some estimated delivery dates now out of date.

Studio previously confirmed that all outstanding orders were being stored at its warehouse while it sorted out its finances.

Frustrated shoppers have taken to social media to try and get clarity on where their orders are.

One customer wrote on Studio’s Facebook page: “What do I do about the stuff I still haven’t received?

“It states was dispatched and delivered on or by February 18 but not received it yet.”

Another shopper said in response: “Mines the same, has now been cancelled. Never had this issue before.”

“Would love to know when I can expect the £559 PS5 deal I bought from two weeks ago,” a customer said on a post about the latest deals available at Studio.

The Sun has contacted Studio for comment.

If you don’t get your items, you might be able to get a refund – depending on how you paid.

Shoppers who paid with a credit card could get their money back under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.

You could also secure a refund if you paid using a Visa or Mastercard debit card.

This is called a “chargeback” and you have to submit a claim within 120 days of your purchase.
