A STUDIO flat has been made available for just £110,000 – but it comes with a bedtime surprise.
The bargain property on Barking Road, London, was put on the market last week.
Listed on property site Rightmove, the flat is described as “rarely available” and in “excellent condition”.
And sceptical buyers who think that the East London abode is too good to be true for the price might actually be right.
So what’s the big catch?
You may not believe it but the well-priced flat doesn’t actually have space for a bed.
The tiny property only measures 4.57m by 3.05m and this is reflected in the photos provided.
Pictures on the listing show that the main living space is taken up by a sofa, leaving no room for a proper bed.
However, with things already as cramped as they are, most potential owners would likely choose to sacrifice the sofa for a bed if needed.
You would still be able to retain the space to walk in from the hallway and access the washing machine, fridge, sink and other amenities.

And although there is a lack of space inside, the property has a nice outside area for prospective buyers to enjoy a drink on a warm summer evening.
And if you really wanted to, the sofa would be your resting place if you chose not to replace it with a proper bed.
The Rightmove listing goes on to state that the flat is double glazed and have touted it as a “great investment”.
The property also boasts excellent transport links, being five minutes from Canning Town station and Plaistow Station.
City Airport and the Excel Centre with its bars and restaurants are also relatively close by.
Being located in Zone 2 means getting to Canary Wharf and the city is quick and easy.
There is also the Emirates cable car providing easy access to the O2 Arena and direct access to the A406.
Estate agents Samuel King have urged potential buyers to call for an appointment if they are interested.
The listing also states that the property is available to cash buyers only.
And another home which recently became available for £450 a month also had a surprising catch awaiting renters.
