The Sega Year of the Dragon Sale is offering great deals on most of the popular publisher’s game, including the entire Yakuza / Like a Dragon series.

Some of the games from the fan-favorite crime series about the Japanese Mafia are also offered as a bundle for extra savings.

All Yakuza games, except the latest Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, which launched less than two weeks ago, are seeing their prices slashed.

Yakuza Kiwami and Yakuza Kiwami 2, the remakes of the first two games in the series, are selling for as low as £5.59 / $6.99 each, at 65% off.

The remakes tell the same story as the originals but have been rebuilt from the ground up to enhance visuals and gameplay.

These Kiwami, or Ultimate, versions also add some content to streamline plot points and better tie the classics with prequel Yakuza 0.

Considered the best in the series, Yakuza 0 is also selling for £5.59 / $6.99, or 65% off.

The remasters of Yakuza 3, 4, and 5, and Yakuza 6: The Song of Life, are offered for the same price and discount per game, too.

Yakuza 5 is one of the biggest games in the franchise, with four protagonists and stories happening across four different locations.

The sale also includes 2020’s game Yakuza: Like a Dragon, which marked the rebranding of the series in the West, and the introduction of a new protagonist, Ichiban Kasuga.

Like a Dragon was also a departure from the series’ long-running real-time combat, in favor of the turn-based system we find in the last two mainline games.

Yakuza: Like a Dragon is now offered at just £10.99 / $11.99, for a whopping 80% discount.

Also part of the sale are recent spin-offs Like a Dragon: Ishin! and Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name.

Ishin! tells a story set in Edo Japan, while Gaiden turns long-time protagonist Kazuma Kiryu into a James Bond-like secret agent operating in Osaka.

Like a Dragon: Ishin! costs $32.99 / £29.99, making for a nice 50% discount over its original price.

Like a Dragon Gaiden is currently priced at £33.74 / $37.49, which is 25% off its price at launch last November.

Die-hard fans of the Yakuza series, can snatch the The Yakuza Collection, a bundle that includes Yakuza 1-6 and Yakuza 0, for an additional 10% discount.

Players who already own some of the games from the bundle in their Steam libraries will only be charged for those they are missing.

The games from the Judgment thriller spin-off series, focused on private detective Takayuki Yagami, are selling at 50% off.

The current deal on Yakuza / Like a Dragon games is running until February 15, 2024, at 8pm UK Time / 1pm ET.
