But remember it’s while stocks last, so you’ll need to be quick if you want one.

And don’t get carried away – this offer is only worth it if you were planning on buying coffee or a cup to begin with. If not, you’re still spending money.

To find your local Starbucks, use the locator tool on the website too.

You’ll also be able to get 25p off your next drink purchase if you use the cup again, or any reusable cup.

This cup is limited edition so we can’t find an exact price match, but the cheapest reusable cup offered on the app right now costs £13.95, sized 16oz.

Amazon also sells a 16oz reusable Starbucks coffee cup for just £6.38, although you might need to add on more for delivery.

You can also get a reusable 350ml cup from Tesco for £2.50.

How to sign up to the Rewards scheme

First, you’ll need to download the Starbucks UK app.

It’s free and you can find it on Google Play or the App Store.

Then you need to set up an account – it’ll only ask for a few speedy details.

There will be a barcode on the app or you can opt for a physical card to scan when you get to the checkout, granting your free cup.

There’s also an option on your app to click and collect if your local store offers the service.

The scheme also offers Stars which earn you free drinks however you pay.

You’ll get three stars for every £1 you spend and once you hit 150, you can grab a drink for free.

At 450 Stars you reach a Gold Level. That means you’ll access extra shots of espresso, selected syrups and whipped cream all free of charge.

You can also get a free drink on your birthday if you’ve reached gold level ,plus alerts early about new drinks.

Keep an eye out for discounts on the app – the chain has previously offered Blue Light holders 10% off the entire order.

Otherwise, remember there is Starbucks coffee for sale on certain supermarket shelves which may be cheaper.
