SHOPPERS are hurrying to grab a winter essential that will keep you warm and save you money on bills.
Energy bills have soared in recent months and households are looking for ways to save money.

Many are turning to the “heat the human not the home” motto hailed by consumer champion Martin Lewis.
And this item is perfect for just that.
The Dreamland Herringbone Velvet Heated Throw has been spotted on sale in Sainsbury’s stores across the country.
The offer was advertised on HotUKDeals a few days ago so be quick if you want it as stock may now be limited.
Shoppers have said they’ve been able to grab the item for just £32, a huge 75% discount from its original price of £107.
The blanket comes with six heat settings, has an overheat protection setting and an auto shut-off timer.
It comes with 150 watt power which means it’ll cost you just 5p per hour to run.
So if you have it on overnight, eight hours of heat will cost you 40p.

Shoppers say Sainsbury’s stores are selling it at different prices, but it’s always worth taking it to the till to check.
For example, one shopper said: “Just popped into the one near me in Macclesfield.
“Confusing shelf prices showing £50 for the blue and £46 for the mustard colour.
“Showed on the self scanner as £32 for both colours.”
While another happy customer wrote: “Thanks, got one in Horsham today, was about to collect one from John Lewis at £60, so great saving, thanks.”
The offer isn’t available on the Sainsbury’s website, but Argos is selling it online for £80, so you’d be saving £27.
Sainsbury’s is yet to confirm whether the heated throw is available in all stores.
Bear in mind that all appliances, including electric blankets, have different wattage.
So you should check before buying a product how much it might cost you per hour.
You can use the formula above to work out how much it will cost you.
For example, if you bought a 100 watt electric blanket, to work out how much it costs, you would take 34, divide it by 1,000 and then multiply that figure by 100, instead of 60.
So it would cost you 3.4p an hour to run.
This electric throw isn’t the only item shoppers have been raving about.
Just this week, Lidl customers were rushing to get their hands on its Silvercrest £23 blanket that costs just 2p an hour to run and can slash bills.
This is actually cheaper than the Dreamland blanket, so it might be worth checking if this is in stock at your local Lidl first.
Remember, it’s always worth shopping around for better deals first, both online and in-store.
We did look online to see if we could find anything cheaper, but couldn’t see anything.
The Lidl blanket, followed by the Sainsbury’s one is currently the cheapest.
