SHOPPERS are going off their trolleys for Yorkshire puddings — crammed with beefy lasagne.
Thousands have been snapping up the £4 meal which marries the best of British with the Italian pasta favourite.
It weighs 372g and is a relatively modest 672 calories — with 26.89 of fat and 75g of carbohydrate.
The dish is part of a “hybrid” range in a collaboration between Iceland and producer Twisted.
One shopper raved: “Mamma Mia Iceland has cracked it with my two favourite foods.
“It’s a taste sensation. Bravo!”
Another enthused: “Loved it. Very tasty and looks amazing.”
A third wrote on Iceland’s website: “Very nice. Only problem is it’s a small portion.”
Not everyone was complimentary, however, as one punter moaned: “Very weird taste.
“It went in the bin.”

Another told online account Newfoodsuk: “Just because they can doesn’t mean they should.”
Iceland said its other “mouth-watering flavour fusions” with Twisted include chicken tikka lasagne, double cheeseburger kebabs and foot-long pigs in blankets.
