If you can’t get your hands on this gadget Aldi has a similar gadget which is even cheaper.

Aldi’s Electric Window Cleaner £19.99 will hit shelves on February 15.

Cheaper ways to tackle the problem

It is possible to simply wipe away condensation anytime it appears on your windows.

You’ll want to make sure you have a decent window cleaner and a microfibre cloth.

One of the easiest ways to avoid getting mould is to open your windows every day to let fresh air in and keep doors between rooms open.

Ensuring that air continuously circulates through your home will reduce condensation so the mould cannot grow.

You should also open cupboard doors regularly to allow fresh air in to make sure there’s no mould growing inside.

Other things that can help include not leaving your clothes to dry on radiators, and always cooking with ventilation.

Another option for getting rid of condensation and mould is a dehumidifier.

These work by work by sucking extra moisture out of the air some are electric so will cost you to run but others won’t.

Tesco has got one for £1 and Asda has them for £1.50.

Lidl has a great dehumidifier that’s going for £44.99 and it can help fight mould and condensation.
