SHOPPERS are only just realising a major supermarket is handing out free food to the hungry.
Morrisons customers can pick up a free jacket potato with beans through the retailer’s “Ask for Henry” scheme.

The chain is running the offer, in partnership with Heinz, across all its 397 cafes – but only until May 7.
Shoppers just have to ask for Henry and they will receive a jacket potato with Heinz beans and salad, subject to availability.
The free meals are available all day and open to anyone who might be struggling with the everyday cost of living.
One Morrisons shopper recently took to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group to share details about the scheme.
The original post has been liked over 130 times with dozens of people commenting saying they’re keen on bagging the offer.
One, tagging their friend, said: “Next time we go shop.”
Another person said: “Have to try it,” while a third, tagging their friend, added: “Your dream meal.”
It comes after the supermarket launched the offer for the first time last October.

But it’s not the first time Morrisons has teamed up with another company to offer freebies to customers in need.
The supermarket chain was giving out free bowls of cereal between April 3 and 24 after teaming up with Kellogg’s.
Shoppers could get a bowl of Cornflakes, Rice Krispies and Coco Pops across any one of Morrison’s 397 cafes.
It is also still running its Kids Eat Free offer, meaning parents can get their children’s meal for free when buying their own worth £4.49 or more.
What do other retailers offer?
It’s not just Morrisons that helps customers in need – a number of other supermarkets and retailers do too.
Aldi recently launched “The Adult’s Breakfast Club”, which aims to ensure no one goes without food first thing.
As part of the scheme, the German discounter donated 10 tonnes of cereal and 5,000 gallons of milk to foodbanks across the UK.
Greggs customers can get a free hot drink when they sign up to the mobile app too.
In the past it has offered up free slices of pizza, sausage rolls, doughnuts and more for those with the app too.
Meanwhile, IKEA customers can get pasta and tomato sauce and a soft drink for their kids for 95p after 11am.
You can also get any other kids meal for £1.50.
And Dunelm offers a free kids meal with every £4 you spend at Pausa café Monday-Friday if it’s after 3pm.
