CHRISTMAS costs can rack up fast but one savvy shopper has revealed how she got a giant food haul for just over £10.
The Asda customer claimed she got five fridges worth of food for the festive period by buying yellow sticker items.

The woman took to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group to share a photo of her massive haul.
She said: “Asda tonight. All this for £10.32.
“All in freezer nothing will be wasted.
“I only bought what I would use and what would fit in my freezer.
“Never get bargains like this. There was X5 fridges full of items.
“No one was around and yes I left so much for others.
“Everyone is struggling at the moment and this has helped my family considerably until pay end of next month.
“Not ashamed to even say as I know everyone is in same situation in January.”

The original post, which was shared just yesterday, December 23, has racked up thousands of likes and hundreds of comments from shoppers praising the woman’s resourcefulness.
One said: “Well done!! Enjoy your xmas and you don’t have to explain to anyone enjoy.”

A third person added: “Good for you, January is hardest month ever! I’d have done exactly the same.”
Supermarkets often label products with yellow stickers if they are due to go out of date to stop food going to waste.
German retailer Aldi labels its reduced items with red stickers.
Different supermarkets add yellow stickers to products at different times, but often it’s at the end of the day.
One woman previously told The Sun she’d saved £20,000 in nine years by buying yellow-stickered items.
How else can I save on my supermarket shop?
There are some other tricks you can employ to save on your supermarket shop – and some are pretty obvious too.
Making a list before you head out to do your food shopping is always a good start.
You’ll be less likely to make any rash purchases or be enticed in by unwanted offers.
You could try “downshifting” too, which involves going for supermarkets’ own brand goods.
This means avoiding “finest” or “luxury” ranges and going for “value” or “essential”-type items.
Martin Lewis says the trick could save you around 30% on your yearly shopping bill.
Some supermarkets run “wonky” veg schemes as well, where you pay less for fresh produce that’s misshapen or imperfect.
And the food is perfectly fine to eat.
Lidl, for example, has its Waste Not scheme where you can get a whopping five kilos of fruit and veg for just £1.50.
