Discount Dragon offers massively discounted items – usually because they are nearing their best before date.

Either that, or the packaging is faulty, or the product is limited edition and no longer available at regular stores.

And this time, the little-known online supermarket is selling chocolate bars similar to the beloved Cadbury Caramac.

Sweet lovers can snap up a box of 36 for £11.99 – the equivalent of 33p per bar.

The offer works out cheaper than other shops for the same size item.

Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Morrisons is currently selling the 37g bar for 75p in stores and online, though Morrisons does have a 2 for £1.20 deal right now working out 60p each.

Shoppers nabbing the bars from Discount Dragon will have to pay for delivery on top though.

But you can get it for free on orders over £25 – with express delivery options available.

It’s not just food items shoppers can get their hands on either – the retailer also stocks garden, pet and toy products.

All-in-all you can choose from thousands of products so there’s bound to be something for everyone.

These are the chocolate bars Brits want to bring back from extinction

Bargain hunters are on the lookout for Carmac dupes after Nestle made the “difficult decision” to discontinue the Caramac bar due to low sales.

The Caramac bar is a caramel-flavoured chocolate bar – its name is derived from the syllabic abbreviation of caramel and Mackintosh’s which originally manufactured it

The iconic flavour came into play in the late 1950s with other variations making their way onto shop shelves too including a limited edition Caramac Kit Kat bar and Caramac buttons.

A Nestle spokesperson told The Sun: “We are very sorry to disappoint fans of Caramac. There has been a steady decline in its sales over the past few years and we had to make the difficult decision to discontinue it.

“We know fans will be disappointed to see it go, but this change will enable us to focus on our best-performing brands, as well as develop exciting new innovations to delight our consumers’ tastebuds.”

Iceland has a three-bar multipack for £1.25, but there’s no telling how quickly these will sell out after the announcement so you’ll need to be quick.

Asda shoppers believe they have found the next best thing, the supermarket has released not one, but two new chocolate bars.

If you are interested in getting a similar Caramac flavour there are a few options.

Where can you buy discontinued chocolate bars?

Here’s where you can pick up the Breakaway, Caramac, Milky Way Crispy Rolls and Yorkie biscuit bars.

But remember stock can sell out quickly, especially when there’s higher demand, and vary from store to store.

Breakaway bars are still going for packs of eight in some stores, check out:

  • Iceland – £1
  • Sainsbury’s – £1.25
  • Tesco – £1.25

Caramac bars will be tough to find as they go viral as soon as they are spotted, try:

  • Iceland – £1.25 (packs of three)
  • Sainsbury’s – 75p single bar
  • B&M – £1.25 (packs of three)

Yorkie biscuit bars are still stocked in quite a few supermarkets, check out:

  • Ocado – £1.25 single bar
  • Tesco – £1.25 single bar
  • Asda – £1.25 single bar

Fan favourite Milky Way Crispy Rolls have been spotted in stores despite being discontinued back in 2022. Head to:

  • Poundland – price varies
  • Home Bargains – 79p single bar

New blonde chocolate bars are now available in Asda for £1.45 each.

The blonde chocolate bar defines itself as a caramel-flavoured white chocolate bar similar to that of the Caramac bar.

And Tesco shoppers have been left buzzing after spotting one extra large spin on the classic flavour in-store – a giant bar of Caramilk.

The sweet snack was shared on the Treatsinstore Instagram page, with over 170 liking the post and plenty sharing their appreciation in the comments section too.

But there are other places where you can find bargains like these.

Approved Foods is another little-known shop where you can buy top brands like Walkers and Coca-Cola for as little as 10p.

The retailer also sells other products like baby food, make-up and toiletries.
