Nursery that was subject of complaint by Humza Yousaf ‘did not promote fairness, equality and respect’

The Care Inspectorate said Little Scholars nursery in Broughty Ferry, a suburb of Dundee, had failed to “promote fairness, equality and respect” in its handling of applications following a three-month investigation.
