WASHINGTON—The Small Business Administration won a temporary stay of a federal judge’s ruling that required the agency to release detailed information on Paycheck Protection Program borrowers, including names and specific loan amounts.

The temporary stay means the agency won’t have to release the information on PPP borrowers by Nov. 19, as originally ordered by U.S. District Judge James Boasberg in Washington.
