SAMSUNG is rolling out an important update to several Galaxy phones that all users are advised to install.
The company’s October 2023 security patch addresses dozens of Android vulnerabilities that have been uncovered, as well as 12 Samsung Vulnerabilities and Exposures (SVE).
Two of them have been deemed “critical” so users should update as soon as it becomes available.
The worst of the bunch could allow a hacker to install a dubious version of an app on your device to do tasks without your permission, reports 9to5Google.
Samsung devices including the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S21 are set to receive the update.
It will roll out gradually across the world.
