GOOGLE searches are about to get a whole lot easier due to a brand new feature that’s debuted on the Samsung Galaxy S24.
The tech giant has revealed a gesture-driven Circle to Search option.
It means users no longer have to struggle through describing something they’ve seen and want to know more about.
This could range from a specific garment they’ve spotted or a monument they don’t know the name of.
Android and iPhone owners can already use the free Google Lens app to do most of this.
But Circle to Search on Galaxy S24 goes a step further, allowing you to circle just about anything that’s on your screen.

This could be something you’ve seen on a web page, from a video on YouTube or on your camera too.
The only place it won’t work is in any apps that block screenshots.
It comes as Samsung packs a load of new AI features into its brand new handsets.
“Some of the new AI powered features are truly ground breaking, cool and of use to everyone such as real time voice interpreter and text translation,” said expert Paolo Pescatore from PP Foresight.

“The former can be performed in flight mode thanks to on device AI which will be mind blowing to users who cannot get a connection or do not want to pay extortionate roaming fees while travelling.
“Also circle to search with Google will open up new use cases allowing brands to be more creative with the way content is searched, accessed on device.”

How does Circle to Search work?
Circle to Search is only available on Galaxy S24 smartphones for now.
To activate it, all you need to do is long press on the home button.
Then, circle, highlight scribble on or tap anything you see on screen for instant search results from Google.
