Shoppers at Sainsbury’s have been raving about its heated clothing range as the cold weather sets in.

The clothes are made with added material and are designed to retain body heat so you can withstand the frosty weather.

The supermarket, for example, has a pack of two Oatmeal and Leopard Print thermal socks for just £4 – originally £8.

The comments are excited, with one praising: “I bought these recently, [they] look good. Good fit and lovely and warm.”

Another said: “I am happy with these socks, very warm. Good quality and good price.”

And one more wrote: “Really warm and comfortable.”

In the women’s section, you can also spot a pack of two grey and white thermal vests for £11, two tops for £15 or a jumper for £14.

Over at the men’s there’s a thermal beanie hat on sale for £6, down from £12, alongside a top and trousers each for £12.

Reviews were similar, with one happy customer claiming the beanie was “the best thermal beanie hat I have bought.”

These are all available online, so make sure you factor in delivery costs if that’s where you’re buying them.

You can also visit your local store by using the locator tool on the Sainsbury’s website.

But make sure to also check around other supermarkets – you might find similar items for less.

Use the Latest Deals app to compare price amongst UK stores, or visit Trolley.co.uk or Google Shopping.

For example, we spotted a similar range on sale at M&S.

You can buy a pack of two thermal leggings from its online store for £25, plus delivery costs.

There’s also a similar two-pack of vests for £15.

In other news, shoppers have also found the perfect air fryer for saving money on energy bills.

It’s the Amazon 2L Econo air fryer complete with a 30-minute timer.

The fan-favourite fryer uses 1,000W and costs just £38.99 – the cheapest we’ve seen for one this size.

It can cook up to 600g at once, has a maximum temperature setting of 200°C and has a 30-minute timer so you don’t have to stand and watch it.
