YOU’LL get change from buying this set of Transformers stamps — printed with special ink to reveal features under UV light.
Fans will also be able to watch clips from the original TV series when scanning the stamps with the Royal Mail app.
Autobots and Decepticons are in ’80s style and include favourites such as Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and Megatron.
The release pays tribute to the British contribution to the robot franchise.
The designs were created by UK comic artists Andrew Wildman, Stephen Baskerville and John-Paul Bove.
The stamps have been printed with UV ink, which reveals each of the character’s faction logos and names in the Cybertronian alphabet when shone under UV light.
Collectors will also be able to watch a unique AR animation by scanning the stamps using the Royal Mail app.
They will be able to watch a clip from the original animated Transformers TV series.
Royal Mail’s Matt Parkes said that British writers and artists had made a “substantial” contribution to the Transformers franchise.
He said they “continue to do so and have inspired new artists to do the same”.

The stamps go on general sale on September 1, with the presentation pack containing all 13 stamps priced at £17.50.
