MANGO MADNESS: Costa’s Tropical Mango Bubble Frappe is the talk of TikTok. Make it at home by blending half a cup of mango with 3tsp sugar, then add half a cup of milk and ice and blend again. Pipe whipping cream on top when serving.

LATTE LOVE: The Starbucks Iced Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso latte is simple to make, if you get the brown sugar syrup right.
Warm 4tbsp brown sugar with ½tsp cinnamon, 1tsp vanilla essence and 6tbsp water on low heat for four to five minutes to make the syrup.
Then take a few tablespoons and shake with two shots of espresso and a handful of ice. Top the glass up with oat milk.
