MANGO MADNESS: Costa’s Tropical Mango Bubble Frappe is the talk of TikTok. Make it at home by blending half a cup of mango with 3tsp sugar, then add half a cup of milk and ice and blend again. Pipe whipping cream on top when serving.

Want to add the little mango pearls Costa uses? A pot will set you back £5.99 at Souschef.co.uk, but you could also save them to jazz up future passion-fruit martinis.

NUTS ABOUT THIS ONE: Addicted to Caffe Nero’s tasty Pistachio Salted Caramel latte? Whip it up yourself with Monin’s pistachio syrup, £6.99 from nextdaycoffee.co.uk — blend a shot with two espresso shots, a cup of milk, scoop of vanilla ice cream and cup of ice until frothy.

Make your own salted caramel sauce for decorating the glass by heating brown sugar and adding butter and cream — or cheat with a pot of salted caramel sauce, £1.25 at Sainsbury’s.

LATTE LOVE: The Starbucks Iced Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso latte is simple to make, if you get the brown sugar syrup right.

Warm 4tbsp brown sugar with ½tsp cinnamon, 1tsp vanilla essence and 6tbsp water on low heat for four to five minutes to make the syrup.

Then take a few tablespoons and shake with two shots of espresso and a handful of ice. Top the glass up with oat milk.
