A BARGAIN retailer dubbed “mini Ikea” is set to welcome shoppers to nine new branches – and one could be coming near you.

The Danish store is known for its bargain buys and quality products and will now set up shop at locations across the UK.

Søstrene Grene has more than 275 stores worldwide and offers an assortment of Scandi inspired homewares, soft furnishings, kitchen products, furniture and more.

Although the dates the new stores will open is unknown a list of their locations has emerged.

  • London Street, Norwich
  • Kings Cross, London
  • Telford Centre, Telford
  • Festival Place, Basingstoke
  • The Friary, Guildford
  • Bon Accord Shopping Centre, Aberdeen
  • Buchanan Street, Glasgow
  • Waverly Market, Edinburgh

UK Joint Venture partners, Norma Jacob and Richard Power, who run Søstrene Grene stores across Northern Ireland, Southern England and Scotland, are also excited for the store openings.
