Raysean Autry, one of the cofounders of the Kollege Kidd blog died from Covid-19 last year but DJ Akademiks says he died from “hate.”
The amount of high-profile feuds that DJ Akademiks has been a part of stretches far and wide throughout the entertainment industry. Whether he’s the mediator in a beef between rappers or partaking in one himself, the New Jersey native has shown time and time again that he is not afraid of getting his hands dirty.
“One of these is in the dirt, that’s a fact,” Ak said on Twitch.
Staying true to form, the host of the Off The Record podcast recently addressed his latest quarrel with one-half of Kollege Kidd on Twitch. Although one of the twin brothers from Kollege Kidd recently passed away unexpectedly, DJ Akademiks did not hold back any punches when he suggested that the cause of his rival’s death wasn’t a mystery at all. Instead, it was merely karma for all of the years that Ray Autry and Richard Autry ridiculed him publically.
“Raysean Autry, half of the Kollege Brothers, he died. He died after overdosing on hate. That’s it! I’m sorry to say. I gotta be honest with ya’ll. He didn’t die of COVID. The n*gga, instead of going to doctor’s appointments, instead of focusing on his health, instead of focusing on family, instead of focusing on anything good — his last moments in life was sending out tweets hating on Akademiks. I was on his mind, it’s very unfortunate.”
