Scheduled maintenance occurred today
Ubisoft is currently aware of the issues occurring with the game as there was a maintenance update.
Problems have persisted despite the update only having a one-hour downtime period, however.
The company said on X: “We’re aware that players have been unable to connect after the scheduled maintenance.
“We’ll provide further updates as they become available.”
How to troubleshoot connectivity
There are ways to troubleshoot connectivity if the server is down.
The following tips from Ubisoft support may help your connection:
- Update anti-viral software
- Forward the following ports to your computer’s IP address
- Ubisoft Connect PC:
- TCP: 80, 443, 14000, 14008, 14020, 14021, 14022, 14023 and 14024.
- Game Ports:
- UDP: 33000 to 33499
- TCP: 27015, 51000, 55000 to 55999, 56000 to 56999
- Ubisoft Connect PC:
