You may have heard about Raffle House, which was established in 2017, but might not know what it entails, or how to get started.

We’ve compiled a guide with everything you’ll need to know if you want to try your chance at entering its next house raffle.

What is Raffle House?

Raffle House is a UK-based Dream Home raffle platform.

The company operates by selling raffle tickets for a small fee and then selecting a winner randomly.

The draw is managed by a reputable third-party, Civica, so you’re in safe hands throughout.

The goal of the platform is to provide people with the opportunity to own property or to win a large sum of money, for a small investment while raising money for charity.

What is the current Raffle House prize?

The current and 7th Raffle House Prize is a property worth £2 million, with £100,000 to help the lucky winner start a new life.

The Orchard is a luxury and contemporary four-bedroom house with private gardens and woodland on England’s south coast.

The only thing you’ll need to purchase is a raffle ticket – there are no hidden fees.

There’s also no Stamp Duty to pay and you’d own the freehold outright and all conveyancing fees are covered.

There’s also a chance to win your slice of £1 million in the early bird prizes.

Every time you buy Dream Home tickets they are entered into all upcoming £250,000 draws – there are two left before the Dream Home competition ends with the next one on Sunday, April 30.

How does the house raffle work?

Entering the competitions is quick and easy, simply choose your ticket bundle.

Once you’ve selected which ticket bundle you want to buy or you can choose to subscribe for even more chances to win, you’ll make an account to record of your purchase.

You’ll receive a confirmation email containing your ticket numbers, and winners are contacted by phone or email.

How much does it cost to enter the house raffle?

Ticket prices vary and sometimes there are offers on bigger bundles, which saves you money. Currently, the ticket prices are as follows:

Is Raffle House the same as Omaze?

While both Raffle House and Omaze offer the chance to win prizes through a raffle system, there are differences.

Raffle House’s primary focus is on providing the opportunity to win a house or commensurate cash prize, while Omaze has more of a Prize Draw model.

At Raffle House, shoppers will be able to choose from over 25 UK charities to donate 10% of their purchase to, whereas Omaze focuses on a single charity per competition.

Is Raffle House legit?

Yes, Raffle House UK is a legitimate raffle platform that operates within the UK’s gambling laws and regulations and has been audited to ensure compliance.
