PLAYSTATION 5 restocks are coming thick and fast this week in the UK and US, with more taking place today.

Retailers have been getting more PS5 consoles and bundles in as we head towards Black Friday, so you’ve got plenty of opportunities to bag one for Christmas.

Where to buy PS5 in the UK

There have been quite a few PS5 restocks at UK retailers over the past couple of weeks.

EE and Argos both saw more inventory this week. The added bonus of EE is that you don’t have to pay the whole price upfront either.

EE offers the PS5 from £45 per month for 11 months, with £10 upfront – interest free. So keep an eye on its socials if that sounds appealing.

Argos had a restock this morning and while the Digital Edition looks to be sold out, you can still get the standard edition.

PS5StockAlertUK advises trying in-store of you have no luck online. This has reportedly worked for buyers during previous drops but is no guarantee.

Amazon UK’s PS5 restock went live this morning but is all sold out.

GAME has also been tipped for PS5 bundles on October 28/ 29, while Smyths’ website says it’s having a restock next month.

BT has teased a PS5 restock for this week but it’s for broadband customers only,

Where to buy PS5 in the US

We’ve seen a slew of restocks at US retailers too, with some even letting customers purchase in-store.

Walmart has a number of bundles available now but they’re not cheap.

Target is reportedly getting another stock drop this week, according to Jake Randall.

While the date and time hasn’t been announced, the retailer has previously dropped stock at 3.15am PT / 6.15am ET and 6.55am PT / 9.55am ET “every single time” it’s had a restock this year.

The store also typically rolls out its inventory on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Randall advises that if the PS5 restock isn’t live by 5am PT / 8am ET, “the restock won’t happen”. So try again the following morning.

with GameStop pegged for another in-store event for PS5 bundles this Friday, October 29.

This time around, locations will include:

  • Seattle
  • San Francisco
  • Nashville
  • Raleigh
  • Detroit
  • Philadelphia

While it’s not guaranteed, all eyes are on Amazon for a PS5 restock this week too. The online retailer is known for early stock drops at around 3am, which may be the cast this week too.

As we barrel towards Black Friday, we expect a number of retailers to release their inventory over the holiday.

And some are even offering early access to their PS5 stock drops as part of a paid service.

Walmart+ is giving early access to its Black Friday deals, while GameStop’s PowerUp Rewards Pro specifically gives you first dibs on new consoles.

Meanwhile, Best Buy’s pricey Totaltech gives ‘exclusive access’ to ‘hard-to-find tech products’. But beware of using it to get a PS5 and trying to cancel and refund the membership.

If you’d rather not pay for the opportunity to simply buy a console, you’ll need to be quick off the mark when the PS5 restocks drop at these retailers:

Last stock check: October 27, 2021.

In other news, The Sun’s favourite alternative to a games console is the Oculus Quest 2 VR headset.

Grab a VR headset and you’ll be able to play the legendary Beat Saber – like Guitar Hero, but with lightsabers.

And Dell’s Alienware R10 Ryzen Edition is a gaming PC powerhouse that crushes both the new consoles.
