PS5 gamers have been bidding thousands online after the consoles sold out at major retailers across the UK following their release on Thursday.
Screenshots showed the consoles listed on eBay for £10,000 and higher, and auction bids of over £5,000.
Sony Interactive Entertainment CEO Jim Ryan has said: “Everything is sold. Absolutely everything is sold.”
Amazon, GAME, BT, Curry’s, Argos, John Lewis, Very, and Sony all sold out within hours last week, with some assuring customers they will have stocks again soon.
