PRIMARK has issued a major online shopping update and customers will love it.
The high-street fashion chain is extending its click and collect trial to 32 more stores.

Primark first launched the service in 25 stores in the north of England and Wales in November 2022.
Customers who use click and collect are able to pick up their orders from a dedicated desk in any participating store.
They can then pay for any other items they have picked up in store at this desk.
The trial of the new service has brought “encouraging results”, according to the company’s interim results announcement.
As a result, the retailer has now decided to extend its click and collect trial to 32 stores which are broadly within London by late summer.

But for now, the retailer won’t venture further out and offer customers home delivery.

There’s no fee to use the click and collect service but customers need to spend a minimum of £10 on their orders.
However, the trial only includes kids toys, clothing and nursery ranges.
That means you can’t order other ranges, like womenswear and homeware, and pick it up.
Primark rolled out a new website to let shoppers scout out what’s in store before heading to the shop in March.
It means that customers can find out which stores are stocking their top picks so they know where to find them.
To use the click and collect service, shoppers can browse online and add items to a virtual basket and then choose a day to collect their parcel.
Orders will be available for collection between two and seven days after the order has been placed.
All orders will be delivered to store in brown paper packaging, or cardboard boxes sealed with paper tape featuring the new Click and Collect branding.
The retailer said all of its packagings can be easily recycled at home

Primark has seen a surge in sales after prices went up and shoppers flocked to city centres, owner Associated British Foods (ABF) said.
Sales at the value fashion retailer in the UK jumped by 15% in the six months to early March, compared with the same period a year ago.
Across Primark, which includes shops in countries around Europe, sales rose by nearly a fifth to £4.2 billion, beating the group’s expectations for the period.
Paul Marchant, chief executive of Primark, said: “We’re really encouraged by how the trial has landed with customers, who tell us they value the choice and convenience click and collect is offering them.
“We’re also seeing strong demand for the service outside the trial region and it’s helping us reach new customers too.
“This gives us the confidence to take this trial to the next level and expand it further to more stores to understand how the service can work for a broader range of customers.
“We’ll continue to monitor the trial closely as we look to
complement the experience and offer we have in our stores.”
The Sun was given an exclusive first look at the new click and collect service when it first launched in Sheffield’s Primark.
The retailer has 400 stores globally and nearly 200 in the UK.
In recent months, Primark has also introduced self-service checkouts in some stores to help reduce queuing times.
Last year it teamed up with bakery chain Greggs earlier to launch a clothing collection.
The two high street giants also collaborated on a new Greggs cafe inside Primark’s Birmingham Bullring store.
