Original from children’s TV series first aired in 1981 to be displayed as part of Cosgrove Hall Films Archive
Original sets from the children’s TV series Postman Pat that were to be destroyed are to go on display for the first time.
The BBC first commissioned Postman Pat, set in the heart of the Lake District, in 1979. The stop-motion series featuring a postman and his black and white cat was written by John Cunliffe and voiced by Ken Barrie.
