AUTUMN is fully underway, and every gaming outlet has started their autumn sales.

The Xbox sale is offering 90% off popular indie games with many of them as low as £1.

However, PlayStation has hit back with its own autumn sale, which includes both triple-A and indie titles.

One of the best deals is a huge horror game which had a sequel released this year.

Dead Island was originally released in 2016, and fans waited seven years for the sequel to finally get out.

It was hugely popular at the time, so gamers were excited for Dead Island 2’s release.

More in PlayStation

The Definitive Edition of the first game is currently available with all of the DLC for just £1.94.

Dead Island’s blurb reads: “The game that redefined the Zombie genre – fully remastered.

“Paradise meets Hell! Welcome to the Zombie Apocalypse experience of a lifetime – and now more beautiful than ever.

“Caught in the midst of an epic zombie outbreak on the tropical island of Banoi, your only thought is: Survival!

“Smash heads, crack skulls and slice ‘em up with visceral astounding melee combat and true story-based 4-player co-op in a sprawling open world just waiting for exploration.”

With a huge number of weapons to use, and tongue-in-cheek humour, players enjoyed running around the zombie-filled island.

There are hundreds of games available as part of the PlayStation autumn sale, and there are great titles below £2.

Fans of indie games can pick up the excellent co-op archery game Towerfall Ascension for just £1.72

Classic narrative adventure Dear Esther is also available for just £1.19.

You can pick up all these deals and hundreds more on the PlayStation Store, either via the mobile app, website, or directly through your console.
