HELLDIVERS 2 was a surprise success from PlayStation, as it didn’t have the marketing that other big games have.
However, the multiplayer shooter has been a huge success, so much so that the servers can barely hold all of the players.

What is Helldivers 2?
The developers have said: “Helldivers 2 is a 3rd person squad-based shooter that sees the elite forces of the Helldivers battling to win an intergalactic struggle to rid the galaxy of the rising alien threats.
“From a 3rd person perspective, players use a variety of weapons (pistols, machine guns, flamethrowers) and stratagems (turrets, airstrikes, etc.) to shoot and kill the alien threats.

“Players can also aim down the sights for a more accurate 1st person camera view.”
Is Helldivers 2 on Xbox Game Pass?
Helldivers 2 is a PlayStation console exclusive, so the only console you can play it on is PS5.
This means it is not on Xbox Game Pass, and it is also not on PlayStation’s subscription service PlayStation Plus.
You can pick it up for PC though, and it is available via Steam.

It is unlikely to ever come to Xbox Game Pass as it is developed by Arrowhead Game Studios, which is owned by PlayStation.
While PlayStation has ported some of its games to PC, it usually doesn’t release on Xbox.
Stray was initially a PlayStation exclusive that moved to Xbox, but this was by a third-party studio and not a PlayStation studio.
Is Helldivers 2 multiplayer?
Helldivers 2 can be played in single-player or online in multiplayer, as long as the servers are working.
The online multiplayer is crossplay, so it doesn’t matter if one person is playing on PS5 and the other on PC.
