For roughly £5.50, depending on which branch you visit, you get a fried egg, bacon, sausage, baked beans, two hash browns and slice of toast with butter.

But some Wetherspoons fans have just discovered that there’s a way you can get the same breakfast for just £2.99.

One surprised customer posted on HotUKdeals to say they bagged the brekkie for less at The Golden Beam in Headingley, Leeds.

The post quickly received dozens of comments with people asking how they managed to find the saving.

While another said: “Good find, thanks for taking time to share.”

And a third said: “You got a great deal!l I paid £6 for the same breakfast in a Cardiff Spoons today.”

The offer is part of Wetherspoons’ Top Plates, Low Rates promotion.
