The offer isn’t new but some customers have only just discovered it’s available.

Taking to Facebook’s Extreme Couponing and Bargains group, one happy customer shared her finding: “If you have Amazon Prime, you get Deliveroo Plus for free.”

And fans took to the comments to tag their friends to share the news.

One replied: “You trying to make me buy more takeaways hahaha.”

While another said: “Thanks, I’ve done this.”

If you’re an Amazon Prime customer then you can get free Deliveroo Plus for one year.

You can sign up via Deliveroo and go to: http://deliveroo.co.uk/amazon-prime.

Deliveroo Plus gives customers the chance to get free unlimited delivery.

There are two tiers customers can choose from – the gold tier costs £7.99 a month and gives customers free delivery on all orders over £10.

While the silver option costs £3.49 a month but shoppers need to spend £25 to get free delivery.

The Amazon offer gives customers the silver membership – by using the offer you’d be saving £41.88 for the year.

If you’re not already an Amazon Prime member then you can sign up to get the Deliveroo offer.

A Prime membership costs £8.99 a month or £95 a year, while student membership fees are £4.49 a month or £47.49 per year.

You can sign up to Prime by creating an Amazon account and selecting the Prime option.

If you have an account already, then you can also change your membership to Prime by heading to your account settings.

It comes just under two weeks before Amazon Prime Day which will be happening on Tuesday, July 11 and Wednesday, July 12.

Prime Day is returning for an eighth year, offering up a wave of exclusive discounts to Prime subscribers.

Deals will kick off at 12.01am on the Tuesday morning, and finish at midnight on the Wednesday.
