If you use the Epic Games Store, you can grab two titles completely free this week and keep them in your library forever.

Starting today, April 4, you can get The Outer Worlds: Spacer’s Choice Edition and Thief without spending a dime.
The best thing about these Epic Games Store freebies is that they don’t require a subscription or have any hidden conditions.
The Outer Worlds is an action RPG set in an alternate future where space colonization is a reality.
As you explore a space colony, your decisions drive your character’s story with tonnes of branching paths and endings depending on your choices.
An award-winning game, The Outer Worlds is sitting on an 82 rating on review aggregator Metacritic.
It’s offered for free in its Spacer’s Choice Edition, which is the best way to play it, with improved visuals, increased player level cap, and more.
This version of the game usually costs £49.99 / $59.99, but this week you can grab it completely free.
Thief is the other free game offered by Epic Games Store this week.

It’s the 2014 revival of the iconic stealth series and its fourth installment overall.
Set in a dark fantasy world, players control master thief Garrett, who steals from the rich while staying in the shadows.
You can approach each level in Thief in a variety of ways, contributing to the game’s replayability.
Thief often goes on sale across most game stores, but at the lowest possible price of “free” right now, it’s literally a steal.
To grab The Outer Worlds and Thief, you need to create a free Epic Games Store account.
You can then claim them via the store’s website or through the Epic Games Launcher, which you will also need to download and play the games on your PC.
Once you claim them, they are yours to keep forever, even if you don’t start playing them immediately, and not paid subscriptions are required to play.
Users will have until April 11, 2024, at 4pm UK Time / 11am ET to pick up both games for free, when they will be replaced with another game.
