THE neighbours of a millionaire who illegally built the UK’s “biggest mancave” are furious after he still refuses to tear it down – despite being handed a prison sentence.
Graham Wildin, 70, wasn’t granted planning permission to add the extension, which boasted a bowling alley, squash court, cinema, casino and bar, to his house in Cinderford, Gloucestershire.

Accountant Wildin was initially ordered by the courts to destroy the complex in April last year.
However, didn’t as he claimed it would cause a sinkhole and cost around £720,000 in works, which would ruin him.
In August 2022, after losing five legal battles for defying orders made by the court, Wildin was locked up for six weeks.
Following his release at an appeal in March, he told the hearing the 10,000sq ft plot was “no longer my problem” after selling it for £1 to a Mexican buyer.
But Forest of Dean District Council has insisted it is “continuing to pursue” its case against him as neighbours rubbish Wildin’s alleged sale.
One neighbour, who wished to remain anonymous over fear of reprisal, said he “gives everyone the run around all the time”.
They added: “The Mexican claim is a real laugh.
“He just gives everyone the run around all the time.”

Another laughed: “I’ve not seen a Mexican round here.
“There is a white removal van on his drive that has been there for nearly 12 months and not moved.
“Nothing has been taken out as far as I know.”
One fumed: “He is a bloody nightmare and he is making people’s lives hell.”
Wildin was given 18 weeks from the date of his release from prison to comply with a previous court order to make the man cave unusable by “soft stripping.”
As well as his prison sentence, Wildin was also ordered to pay £9,962 in costs to the local council.
A Forest of Dean District Council spokesperson said: “We are continuing to pursue the matter and will continue to provide updates on this matter when available.
“As this is an ongoing legal investigation, we are unable to comment further at this time.”
Wildin did not respond to a request to comment at his home.
