Channel received 8,371 complaints over Adjoa Andoh comment about Buckingham Palace balcony
The broadcasting watchdog has said it will not be taking action after receiving more than 8,000 complaints about the actor Adjoa Andoh saying during ITV’s coverage of the coronation that the Buckingham Palace balcony was “terribly white”.
Ofcom said viewers also objected to ITV News presenters Tom Bradby and Chris Ship referring to the remark.
