Reports of issues began to appear on Down Detector just before 10am this morning form users across the UK.

Users have taken to social media to share their woes, as many hoped on getting their hands on presale Beyoncé tickets.

“We apologise to anyone experiencing difficulties trying to get Beyoncé tickets through Priority,” O2 said in a statement.

“Tickets are selling and we’re seeing huge demand. We’re doing everything we can behind the scenes to help keep the app running smoothly.”

But this can cause apps like 02 Priority to crash.

One Twitter user said: “The brutally vicious circle of Ticketmaster saying you can only access Beyonce tickets by “following the link in the O2 Priority app” – but O2 priority collapsing and not working, so there is no way of getting a link.”

Another said: “You lot fully crashed the O2 priority app, I can’t even get my free Greggs mocha!! Get off the damn app!! Beyoncé can wait, I need my mocha now!!”
